Designed a dense, scannable A/R report optimized for collections workflows, with selection actions and export tools built in. Emphasis on readability, status clarity, and quick filtering for follow-up work.

Introduced a global assistant surface that lives within the product and helps users take action faster across workflows. The UI keeps the experience lightweight while offering clear “next best actions.”

Explored voice interaction as an optional input mode to support hands-busy workflows and faster queries. The UI clearly communicates system state (listening/responding) and maintains strong contrast and focus.
Integrations — Data Sync & Mapping (Auto-Mapping)
Designed a guided data mapping experience for onboarding and integration setup, focusing on accuracy and confidence. The auto-mapping step supports quick review with the ability to reject and adjust matches.
Integrations — Pax8 Mapping (Manual Completion)
Built the final mapping step to complete setup, including product matching and creation flows. The UI supports resolving remaining unmatched items quickly while maintaining consistency with the earlier steps.
